My goal is to help you recover from injury safely so that you can return to the sport, work or any activity that you are passionate about. Full Spectrum started out as an outlet to provide others with the knowledge and actionable tools to manage injury, return to sport and perform at their best. Not an endurance athlete? I am also passionate about helping field and court sport athletes, hikers, climbers & alpinists, and first responders & tactical professional return to perform at their best after time lost due to injury.

I graduated from Northeastern University’s Doctor of Physical Therapy program in 2013. After graduating I became a Board Certified Clinical Specialist in Sports Medicine and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist so that I can blend rehabilitation with appropriate strengthening and reconditioning to best help people return to their valued sport or activities. Over the past 12 years I have worked with numerous athletes and organizations and am currently an adjunct instructor for Anatomy & Physiology at Nashua Community College.

I know the feeling of missing time due to injury. I know what it feels like to start the deliberate march back to action and I most certainly know the feeling of returning to the start line feeling fit and ready for any obstacles that come my way. I want to help you achieve the same feeling and whether you are limited by injury or looking to get faster I would love to be a resource for you.
